Pablo Pugliese and Noel Strazza
Born in Argentina, Pablo Pugliese began to learn the Argentinean tango at the age of nine years, with his parents Esther and Mingo, dominant figures among the most prestigious masters of tango internationally recognised.
At ten years debut as a professional dancer, and fifteen years made his first international tornee teaching and dancing,
touching several cities in the United States and the world, including Tokyo, Paris, Madrid, Berlin, Hamburg, Rome and Basel.
Received a scholarship three years in contemporary dance in ‘Alvin Ailey School in New York. He studied with renowned masters such Haichi Akamine, Milton Myers, Kirill Matvev and Madame Peff Modelski. Pablo continues
his training in contemporary dance and ballet.
He worked as choreographic assessor with the company “Tango Express” under the direction of Claudio Hoffman, Pilar Alvarez. Uniforms scenario with emerging musicians and composers of tango, which Héctor Curto, Fernando
Otero, Daniel Binelli and Pablo Aslan. With the latter danced and edited the choreography of a performance in New York City’s Tawn Hall.
Pablo Pugliese has created coregrafia, directed, produced and danced in his show “Uqbartango” in the Theater for New York City in New York and also in “Tango Madness, the work represented for the first time in ‘Tango Festival
Oster Basel in Switzerland, his second collaboration with the artist Sol Aramendi filmmaker.
He is currently assistant direction and co-choreographer of “Maria de Buenos Aires” by Astor Piazzolla, under the general direction of David Parsons and Neal Goren, for a production of Gotham Chamber Opera made with Parsons Dance Company.
Pablo lives in the city of New York. It regularly tango lessons Dance Studio in Manhattan. Working in collaboration
with the dancer Noel Strazza toured international and developing new projects. Born in Buenos Aires, Argentina,
Noel Strazza he carried out his training in contemporary dance school of contemporary dance bleak San Martín. He was a member of the Youth Ballet Theatre of the same between 1995 and 1997. Ballò and was assistant choreography
for Oscar Araiz and Carlos Veiga.
In 1998 he won as co-choreographer Mention the honour to choreography in the fourth International Festival of Dance Amazon regions in Brazil, together with the Argentine choreographer Yamil Ostrovsky.
Noel was interpreter (actress and dancer) in the following plays: Boquitas Pintadas, Once Corazones, 101 Dalmatas
and also for the Company Ballet de Bolsillo.
She began to dance Argentine tango in 1997. He Worked with Pablo Veròn for five years, taking seminars and producing performances in many countries of Europe, Asia, North America and Oceania.
Noel currently resides in Montreal, Canada, where he teaches, and performs regularly dance choreography by tango Studio Tango in Montreal. In recent years he has participated as dancer invited to the Gala des Etoiles (Place des Arts, Montreal, 2005); has danced in the film Océan Bonheur (2002) and Bliss III (2003), has been invited as choreographer of the dance company Les montrealesa Sortilèges (2005); took part as a choreographer and interpreter
Tango Mundo, Opera Theatre directed by Cristina Iovita (2007).
Since 2006 works with the dancer and choreographer Pablo Pugliese, realizing tornée international as teachers and tango dancers.
